I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its great facilities. The hotel staff was so kind and made me feel at home. They gave me recommendations on restaurants and things to do nearby, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the beach and several restaurants. I also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained hotel facilities, which included a lovely pool. In addition, the hotel offered convenient transportation and parking.
Couldn't fault the hotel, but the hotel's location on an alley behind a restaurant's technical area created an occasional unpleasant smell.

It's very convenient to walk to a nearby restaurant for lunch, and it's easy to get to Mertasari Beach and other tourist attractions from here - it's also just 9 miles from the airport.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the beautiful pool in the villa. The staff was also very helpful in arranging our transportation around the area. the villa is situated close to local shops and restaurants, making it easy to find what you need.
The villa was poorly maintained and in need of repairs. We also found the surrounding area to be noisy and difficult to navigate, especially at night.

The property is beautiful, in a great location, with massive and comfortable rooms. The pool area is always clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provided amazing service. The breakfasts were delicious and tailored to our preferences. 10/10.
Not one thing.

This Easter, had the pleasure of staying at a villa fit for royalty. the spacious and beautifully maintained gardens made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bali air. the crystal clear pool was the perfect place for a morning dip, and the staff was always on hand to prepare a delicious breakfast in the preferred style. the temple-like surroundings and the feeling of privacy made it seem like we were in our own secluded sanctuary.
The narrow access to the villa was a bit of a challenge, and the lack of proper lighting did not help. the absence of a fridge in the room meant that our drinks were not always as cold as we wanted them to be.

We stayed in an alley close to some restaurants with interesting spots to visit. the staff was helpful and showed us some great places. Unfortunately, we had to walk through the restaurant's technical area every time we went to the hotel which made the alley smelly. the hotel is located in a fairly quiet area.
Some of the wooden structures in the building were showing wear and tear and could use some maintenance.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect, nestled on a quiet alley just after a restaurant's technical area which at times was a bit smelly, but it didn't bother me too much. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were always eager to help and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a balcony, and a cozy sitting area. I felt safe knowing there was an in-room safe for my valuables. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the electric kettle in the room was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added to the overall elegance of the room. The dining options were also great, and the staff ensured that I had a delicious breakfast every morning. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, were an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
